Guidelines
• For your convenience, A+ Fitness Solutions is please to offer online scheduling. Please book your sessions with your trainer as early as possible. We recommend booking sessions for an entire month. Four weeks is the maximum advance scheduling that is allowed.
• Cancellation Policy: To give our staff advance notice we do require that you
give us 24 hours notice for any appointments that need to be cancelled to insure that you will not be charged. Thank you!!
• Bring a towel, water bottle, and any other personal items that you may need.
• The first four parking spaces in front of A+ Fitness Solutions are designated for our clients. If these spaces are taken, park in the overflow section of the lot in front of H & R Block.
• Upon entering the Gym, please sign the registry to acknowledge you were present for your appointment.
• Honor Bar – Healthy snacks, bottled water, and juices are located near the service counter. It operates on the honor system. Simply throw a buck in the bucket and take your desired item. Hand sanitizer is provided for your convenience.
• The changing room is shared space. Please remove all items from the changing room after use.
• Personal Items – A cubby box is provided for keys or a gym bag; however, the cubby can not be locked. Do not store valuable items in the cubbies. A+ Fitness cannot be held liable for lost or stolen items.
• Be dressed-out and ready to train at your designated time. Please extend a courtesy call to the trainer at least a half an hour in advance if you will be tardy for the session or if you will miss the session. No-shows cannot be rescheduled. If you are running late, the session cannot be extended as it will conflict with another appointment. A+ Fitness operates on by appointment only.
• Know your limits. Please communicate with your trainer if you are in pain or if you have any health concerns.
• When finished using equipment, always spray and wipe down the equipment.
• Attire – Wear active attire. Be aware that your trainer will often have you perform awkward movements and may suggest stretching, jumping, or floor exercises. Conservative clothing should be worn to accommodate these movements.
• Hygiene – Be mindful that we are operating in a small space. Out of courtesy to all of our clients, we offer showers and bathroom facilities.
• Do not discard paper towels in the toilet. Please use the provided trash cans.
• Comments are welcome. We encourage positive and constructive feedback as we are always looking to improve our services. Contact your trainer or the manager.
• Be sure to warm up thoroughly (foam roll , stretch , 5-10 mins of cardio on elliptical or treadmill) prior to meeting with your trainer .
